Francis collision was amazing. They had a really hard time with my insurance, but they didn't stop fighting for me. I an soo grateful for Juanita and the team special thanks to Kevin he was awesome
A+ job. They were able to meet with me quickly, texted me updates throughout the process, and provided rides to and from the Centre.
I had a great experience with Francis Collision Center. They were always very polite and professional. My car was vandalized and needed to be buffed out and painted. They did a good job fixing it, I just wished they would've buffed the hood out as well.
We’ve had to use Francis a couple times and they never disappoint. They always do GREAT work. And the girls at the front desk are always in a great mood. Even when the lobby is full.
My husband Frank has used them 2x's now and has been extremely satisfied. Our insurance wanted us to use another company but my husband is very picky about who touches his car, because he was highly satisfied the first time he told the insurance he was only going to use Francis Collision. Thank you guys for quality work!
This place is amazing. The delivery of customer service is excellent the desk staff are great at keeping you updated, and extremely nice. Kevin was my estimator and was very professional, respectful, confident, helpful, and listens which is a great skill for customer satisfaction. I got my car before the due date. The quality work at this places is amazing!!!!! I am really happy I was sent here for my car to be repaired. Kevin deserves a big pay increase. He is an asset to this company! I will recommend family and friends for body work anytime! 😊

Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.

Such a easy process! I thought it was going to take months to fix my bumper they got my car out within a week! I appreciate the two lady’s up front, so nice and informative!

I appreciate the constant updates in regard to the status of my vehicle. Juanita was very kind and professional throughout the whole process. Kevin was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable in knowing that my vehicle was repaired correctly, and back in top tier shape like it was before my accident occurred. I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!
Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.
I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! And thank you for my shirt! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.

Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. They made my car looking brand new again! I was worried about how it would turn out but you can’t even tell my car was damaged! They also finished my car earlier than expected too!
They fixed my truck the right way and even went above by touching up an area that wasn't on the estimate. The staff was also very easy to deal with, always had a smile and warm greeting. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed the right and timely way.
The work they do is very professional as is the service but the best part is that they stand behind their work with lifetime warranty.

They are the most efficient and organized Repair shop I have ever used. Very friendly and keep you informed about your car repair. The one thing we observed is how clean the bays were kept. I recommend them to any and all!

I had an awesome experience at Francis Collison. I dropped my car off on friday, and they had my car repaired 4 days later. They provided the rental pick up and drop off at their shop so i had nothing extra to do which made my experience a great one!
Every person I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and focused on meeting my needs. Very thorough work, and finished two weeks early. Only good to say about them.

Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.
On Friday morning after Thanksgiving, my Honda was robbed of its catalytic Converter. Francis Collision Centre was amazing! They promised the car in four days and were finished a day early. They are kind, friendly and most of all feel cared for. I highly recommend them for any damages done to your car. They are great!

I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!

The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!

My catalytic converter was stolen on December 16, they towed the same day! Took a little longer because of the holidays but they were very professional. Would definitely recommend

Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
