Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.

First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
Kevin at Francis Collision Center did a fantastic job on my car repairs. Communication was clear and concise. I will choose his services again in the future.

They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed

Best work in the shortest amount of time.. they went up and beyond what was required to make my vehicle look amazing after somebody hit the back passenger side door completely destroying it! Mike and the ladies up front are awesome to work with and easy to communicate with! 100% recommend them!
I am very satisfied with my experience at Francis Auto Collision. The ladies at the front desk have exceptional customer service. I appreciate the constant updates in regard to the status of my vehicle. Juanita was very kind and professional throughout the whole process. I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!

The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!
It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.
Was referred to by my sister. Staff was friendly and my car was ready within the estimated time. A little bonus they vacuumed my car, made my day!

I really appreciate how kind everyone was in office. The gentleman that helped most with my truck is beyond amazing. KEVIN made sure I understood the process every step of the way, and made regular calls just to keep me updated(as well as the ladies in office). I saw the job that this company did to my boyfriend's car and wow! His bumper was damaged due to being in an accident, but they repaired it with great customer service and in a timely manner. This place is very professional and we will refer back to it if anything ever happens again!

I love them! In the last couple months I have had to visit a few time through my insurance company for vandalism and also a small collision. They are super fast and reliable. When they give you a date of completion it is always on time or early. My experience has been very pleasant I would recommend to anyone I know ! They get the job done well and efficiently.
I had an awesome experience at Francis Collison. I dropped my car off on friday, and they had my car repaired 4 days later. They provided the rental pick up and drop off at their shop so i had nothing extra to do which made my experience a great one!

We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
Totally recommend it, my car had some pretty bad side damage and Francis Collision Centre was able to take care of it. Great service and very friendly staff!

Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.
The customer service is great. We were all at the hands of kia back ordered parts. Danielle kept me updated often. And they detailed in their responses. My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. On Friday morning after Thanksgiving, my Honda was robbed of its catalytic Converter. Francis Collision Centre was amazing! They promised the car in four days and were finished a day early. They are kind, friendly and most of all feel cared for. I highly recommend them for any damages done to your car. They are great!

Francis collision is the best at what they do. In 2005 my brand new Monte Carlo was hit in the side panel very bad. So my insurance recommend Francis Collision to fix my car. After they had my car for a week, the damages on my car looked like it never had a scratch on it at all!
They were AWESOME!!! They let you know what's going on with your vehicle status!!! Super easy to deal with the staff is great! If you need repairs for an accident this is the place to go. 5 star service and they really do understand what "customer service" means!

Received excellent service on my car repair. Great and regular and ongoing communication. Thr office staff and adjuster maintained great communication with us over the course of the month long repair.
My husband Frank has used them 2x's now and has been extremely satisfied. Our insurance wanted us to use another company but my husband is very picky about who touches his car, because he was highly satisfied the first time he told the insurance he was only going to use Francis Collision.
